Lease Net Properties

These are properties in which the lessee agrees to pay many of the costs that are generally thought to be the responsibility of the owner. These can include utilities, repairs, and taxes. Many owners see net lease properties as a solid investment because much of the burden of cost is taken off of their shoulders. 1031 properties are designated to be used in capital gains tax deferred transfers. If you take the gain you make from a commercial real estate sale and reinvest it in a 1031 property within the 180 day limit, you can defer paying capital gains taxes on the sale. There are other qualifications that must be met for an exchange to take place, and we can help ensure that they're met. Our strategies are specific to each investor.
